Presslane Atelier provides PR and media communications advisory, including media training, messaging, crisis planning, and related deliverables. We do not guarantee specific media outcomes such as articles, airtime, or analyst report placements.
3. Engagements and Payments
- Scope and fees are defined in statements of work or order confirmations.
- Invoices are due as stated; late payments may pause services.
- Cancellations and rescheduling follow the policies in your engagement letter.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or interfere with operations.
- Do not provide unlawful or infringing materials for press use.
- Do not attribute endorsements that were not expressly provided.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential under mutual non-disclosure obligations. We may reference anonymized, aggregated learnings that do not identify clients.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, we retain rights to frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed by Presslane Atelier. Clients receive usage rights to deliverables as defined in the engagement.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Presslane Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
