• Invoices are due as stated; late payments may pause services.
• Cancellations and rescheduling follow the policies in your engagement letter.

• Do not provide unlawful or infringing materials for press use.
• Do not attribute endorsements that were not expressly provided.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential under mutual non-disclosure obligations. We may reference anonymized, aggregated learnings that do not identify clients.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, we retain rights to frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed by Presslane Atelier. Clients receive usage rights to deliverables as defined in the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability
